Paul Biggs, a project finance specialist with a focus on emerging markets, has extensive experience on a diverse range of projects within the power, electricity and general infrastructure sectors and worked on a number of substantial infrastructure projects across Africa.

He is a Senior Partner of the specialized law firm Trinity International LLP. Prior to this, Mr Biggs was head of the Project Finance Group at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP; a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna and also spent five years at the Commonwealth Development Corporation.

He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and a graduate of the University of Manchester.
