Appointment of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Gasol plc (AIM: GAS), the company formed to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector, is pleased to announce that Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies") has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.
