Director's Share Purchase

Gasol plc (AIM: GAS), a company established to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sectors, was notified today that Angus Robertson, the Company's recently appointed Non-Executive Director, has purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company at 5p a share, giving him 2.19 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
