Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Gasol plc (AIM: GAS), the company formed to capitalise on acquisition and investment opportunities in the oil and gas sector, announces that it has been notified that Artemis Investment Management Limited has a notifiable interest in 13,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.5p in the Company, representing 9.31 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. Of these shares, 10,833,333 are registered in the name of Artemis Alpha Trust with the remaining 2,500,000 registered in the name of Artemis's AIM VCT.
